Compass EPC is a multi-disciplinary practice of Energy Assessors with offices in Havant, Hampshire.
In 2007 Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) were introduced to the property market. Compass EPC can produce an energy performance certificate plus the photography, floor-plans and 360° virtual tour in one visit to a property.
